It started with 40 Days of Mission. A passion was ignited at Grace. A passion to live in obedience to The Great Commission. Now we want to invest in you so that you can invest others so that we all can engage the world with this passion. Join us on the journey to live out the mission. The JOURNEY begins this month with 40 Days of Discipleship. The 40 Days of Discipleship can be described as follows:
THE “WHAT” is SPIRITUAL GROWTH
THE “HOW” is INTENTIONAL DISCPLESHIP through SMALL GROUPS
THE “WHY” is LIVING IN OBEDIENCE TO THE GREAT COMMISSION
Discipleship can happen in many places and many different ways, but what we are talking about here is a deliberate approach through Small Groups.
The fancy way of saying this is:
“The truth of God’s Word at the heart of self-revealing, intimate relationships rooted in mutual accountability together with a vision for equipping followers of Jesus to pass on faith from one generation to the next.”
Or, in other words, people investing in people so they can invest in other people.
Grace's Discpleship Groups are called faithJOURNEY Groups. They usually meet in people's homes and tend to stay together for longer periods of time. If you are interested in this type of group, contact MIke Wind.
