My (almost) most embarrassing moment:
When I was in the "working world" back in Chicago, I was taking a client out to a Bears game. It was a Monday Night game, so we left right from work. I had packed a pair of jeans because it was going to be very cold. I was in a big hurry and did not look closely at the pants - I quickly put them on and ran out the door to pick up the client - leaving my other pants behind at the office. It turned out that the pants were my wife's and not mine! I had to endure the entire evening in pants that would not close all the way and were about three inches too short!

My God story:
I was always involved in church in some way throughout my life, but never really had a relationship with Jesus until later in life. I had a successful business career, managed to hit all my "goals" (MBA, German Sports Car, Big House, VP Title, etc.) but still felt empty. I attended the "Stand in the Gap" Promise Keepers event in DC and from that point on, things began to change. God worked on me for several more years to join the ministry. I finally was obedient to His call in 2005 and joined Grace as a full time staff member.
My vision for Grace:
That all attenders are growing spiritually, are part of strong, healthy relationships and somehow connect to local and global missions.
